The £262m development of Horwich Loco Works was listed among a panoply of projects set to shape Bolton’s landscape in the coming year, with Bolton Council’s deputy leader Cllr Martyn Cox adding that he has been “encouraged to see so much interest in Bolton among developers and investors” despite the pandemic and “the economic challenges” it has given rise to.
The article references the recent announcement that Bolton Council had green-lit the second phase of Rivington Chase, with Morris Homes’ plans for 400 new homes granted planning permission towards the end of 2020.
