The first residents of the Rivington Chase site have moved into their newly-built homes.
So far, 25 properties have been sold, and 9 have had their first residents move in.
Barton Quarter, a collection of 104 homes in Horwich, was completed by Bellway Homes earlier this year. The homes are all 3 and 4 bedroom houses, ideal for first time buyers with young families.
